Sanrio Puroland [サンリオピューロランド]

Sanrio Puroland is an indoor theme park.

It is located about 0.2 km east of Tama-Center station in Tama city.
Tama city is located about 25 km west-southwest of Shinjuku.

It was opened by Sanrio Company in 1990.
Sanrio is a Japanese company and has the worldwide popular character Hello Kitty.

Of course, "Hello Kitty" is the important charcter in this park, and additionally we can meet many Sanrio's cute characters.

The entrance is on the 3rd floor.
The main park is on the 1st and 2nd floors.

There is "Wisdom Tree" at the center of the central square with an open ceiling.
Around the square, there are various attractions and small theaters

And there are restaurants and cafes on the 4th floor, and a souvenir shop on the 3rd floor.

How to get here

Get on the express for Hashimoto or Keio-Tama-Center of Keio Railway at Shinjuku.
And get off at Keio-Tama-Center. It takes 35-40 minutes.
About 5 minutes walk from Keio-Tama-Center station.
